I was so excited to find this hat after searching for something to wear at my marriage ceremony. When I put it on, it looked a little wide, but due to the fact it has a headband sewn into it, the hat stays on. After wearing it a while, I noticed that it was smashing against the crown of my head more than usual. When I looked at the top of it, it became apparent that the headband had been sewn in perpendicular to the direction of the crown (the oval shape of the hat). Now I wonder if wearing a hat for 3 hours that squeezes my head is worth looking really great (which it does), or should I try to fix it and align the headband the proper way? The hat will have a different look; but it will probably feel a lot better!
